Wi-fi issue
Wi-fi continually drops out and is incredibly slow. Tried resetting Sky box but it doesn't really help. Issue has been for the last few months, it was fine before thaqt and not sure why it has changed

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Thanks, I have done the tests and it says all is fine but it isn't. Very frustrating attempt to talk to the chatbot thing and it seems live chat is not open so will try again
