Wi-fi connection

For a number of weeks our wi-fi has been dropping between 10-20 times a day I am a homeworker who needs constant wi-fi access on my computer and my phone, this is totally unprofessional for me when I'm supposed to be on teams etc To add insult my bill has also increased. I would like you to rectify the issue with our connection as priority Many thanks

@SarahPatterson This is a customer to customer Forum so therefore your posting is not to sky, no one knows who you are, and if you need to have anything you posted, then you need to call sky direct and talk to them about it.
