Wi-fi connection

Hello, 

 

my Wi-fi/ internet has cut off randomly around 4/5 times today, I have restarted it and also unplugged from the wall but it keeps disconnecting, not sure what else I can do.

@Kent2121 run the service checker in the My Sky app which will tell you if Sky arexaware of the fault or offer to book an engineer to check your line. If it does neither call Skybtonsee wherther theyvcan book a check from their end whether thry can will depend on the number of line drops as Openreach only intervene if the automatic linecsystems cannotcstsbilise the line..
