I've just switched providers from Ee as i was told i'd have a better internet speed, I've just checked my wi-fi speed in my living room and it's less than 70mbs and my phone in constantly connecting to my data.
My old provider was brilliant and i was reluctant to switch but the gentleman I spoke to from Sky said you guys had fixed all of the previous problems you had. I was with you for several years but because of the poor quality of coverage I left.
Please can you assist before i complain on the phone, i've got a wife who works from home a daughter who does her uni work from home and a son who plays on his playstation.
This is not what i signed up for.
