Wi-Fi
I have two rooms in my house where neither get no WiFi or intermittent connection issues.
i have WiFi Max 500mb
Have tried calling Sky and it's impossible to log a fault as you go around in circles and can't speak to a human

Re: Wi-Fi
@Mr+bob Poor WiFi coverage is probably the most common question we get in the forum and it isnt classed as a fault. In many homes a single Sky hub cannot provide a usable wifi signal in every room due to the layout and type of construction of the property especially in older homes. Assuming the hub is in the best possible position which is out in the open on a surfsce then the only answer is additional wifi sources.
Your choice.is to either buy Sky's add-on WiFi Max bundle which can supply up to 3 extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buy your own wifi system and use that instead of the Sky hub's WiFi.

Re: Wi-Fi
Thanks.
I have WiFi Max so was entitled to a pod if needed, Sky just made it so hard request one.
I've spent hours going around in loops on phone or via self help diagnose a fault.
They tell you to log a fault so you can request one but then as it passes all the checks it won't actually let you log a fault. Then you try to calling and you go through the same loop and it hangs up on you and sends you a link for same self help diagonoses which doesn't detect a fault.
Managed to bypass the system by chatting to and AI bot and break out the loop and actually chat to a person.
don't think they could have made it any harder if they tried.
