Wi-Fi

WI-FI  keeps dropping out and looses connection, which is freezing sky glass ,I have had a text message from you today at 15-17pm saying the problem has been fixed but it hasn't, sky glass is still freezing with loss of picture and sound ,we are seriously considering cancelling all are sky

You are not talking to Sky via here as this is a customer helps customer forum.

 

Are you other devices like phones ok or are they also dropping the connection ?

@Gray69 Did Sky also ask you to reset your Router by switching it off for 5 minutes before putting it back on?
