Wi-Fi tv connect

Dear Team I have my TV connected. 
however, not able to get connected.!! 
It says Wi-Fi connected but no internet..!!! 
Unsure what's the problem is have tried resetting my router, 

turned off TV and turned on. 
Unable to use YOUTUBE- the moment I log in it says check network connection. 
kindly help. 
I can do on my phone though..!! 
unsure what could be the problem. 
kindly help

If you've previously had a different ISP then a television set typically needs a network reset before inputting the new WiFi details.
