Wi-Fi speed
Hello we had the full fibre 150 installed in August however since we've had very bad Wi-Fi speed in some cases it's usable but only with a download speed in the 20s maybe low 30s at best however it can drop as low as 1-5 download speed causing it to be unusable disconnecting from internet sky go and sky q mini box also go offline previously we'd had Wi-Fi with speeds of high 40s on the last plan we had any suggestions?

Re: Wi-Fi speed
@robin.pardoe First have a look at the sky Service Checker and see what the last 30 day's looks like when sky checks to your hub via the line!

Re: Wi-Fi speed
@robin.pardoe As far as your posted picture then Sky Broadband has you at 151Mb/s speed check and the > should let you see the daily for your 30 day history. When you get time you can speed test to see the result's, are you wireless wi-fi connected devices only, and about 6' away from your sky Hub do one or both from below. It's always hard to tell unless all devices are off, so some trust has to be applied that a device is not busy and sharing data transmission.

Show more info to get all the information from the fast test, does take a few mins to complete it all. Wireless wi-fi speed test from Asus laptop all devices connected but do know and trust the network for all devices connected!
Fast at 7am on 21/10/25 FF500 sky feed.

Re: Wi-Fi speed
@robin.pardoe You should run a line diagnostic, if nothing is found then call sky and have them do it from that end!
Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:

Re: Wi-Fi speed
@robin.pardoe The show more info on the test shows all and what is happening, have seen my Samsung drop the download speed from FF500 down to 17/70Mb/s reported, once it was down it never recovered until wireless was reset on the phone, fault was just weak wireless signal and a AP sorted it out!

Something seems wrong on the "loaded" side

Re: Wi-Fi speed
@robin.pardoe Your picture takes time to be cleared for viewing, run this speed test below, pay attention to lost packets. It is a very intensive test with a LOT off detail!
