Wi-Fi signal terrible

Hi there,

 

I've run the Sky tests and everything appears okay, but for the past few months, our Wi-Fi signal has been super slow and drops in and out of connectivity.

 

We've tried all the usual trouble shooting including reboots and reconnecting devices, but nothing seems to be working. Please can you offer some help?

 

I don't feel like I'm getting the Wi-Fi we're paying for...

We're currently experiencing that same thing! I was using ours today and now all of a sudden it won't stay connected to anything it's constantly dropping out! I can't even use my sky glass tv becuase it looses signal! I have all green lights and when I run a test ect it comes back all okay! It's driving me crazy!
