Wi-Fi signal not reaching parts of my house

My Wifi signal is not able to reach parts of my house. I have tried the trouble shooting guide and have got my router into an open area but still no success. I think I require a booster. Could I please enquire how to go about getting one?

Passing on the tips I have learned in over 24 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.

Hi @Phillhill90

If repositioning the router or changing the WiFi channel does not improve the range then yes you will probably need a booster. If you have the broadband boost addon then you can get one free from Sky, if you dont then they will likely charge you

  • If you have a Sky mini in the area then you can ask Sky for a FOC Booster.

This is only true if the Q mini is in the specific location of no coverage and not functioning.
