I have purchase sky Wi-Fi broadband for my address & I wasn't given a clear date & time of when they will be coming to install the router

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Fidels What information does it say in track orders in my account. Is the install a remote activation or is it an engineer install and gives you a date when they are coming.
