My Wi-Fi router is showing a red light permanently. I've tried to factory reset by holding the WBS button until the green light flashed. When it turned back on it went back onto a red light again. I checked the Wi-Fi connection on the sky app and it says that it's connected.

@RyanTurney Either trust the hub Red Light, or the MySky app, and if it is possible maybe one off the two test below may give you the answer!
