Wi-Fi range

Hello, I set up our WiFi today and it is not delivering the strength or speed as advertised. We signed up to the 500mb fibre broadband but we currently have 12.3mbs download and 22.0mbs of upload.

@Cormac7 How and what did you do for the setup? What is your advised activation date from Sky also?

Note that the 400Mbs Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed is over cabling as far as the Hub, not WiFi from it.
