Wi-Fi problems

Hi there,

Its been 5 days and I haven't had WiFi since. It's very frustrating for me and the kids because the children can't watch anything and they want to use my phone when I need to use it for important things. It's very unfair. If this continues I might have to change broadband because we can't keep living like this

@Alexia10 What have Sky said is causing the issue and what did they say was the expected fix time when you contacted them to report the fault?
