Wi-Fi max makes no difference

Got a wifi max router as the signal strength in the living room is poor. The new router made no difference so £6 a month wasted.

@Friskychinook

It's the WiFi Max subscription supplement which facilities the loan of wireless booster 'pods'.  By itself the Max Hub isn't permitted to be more powerful than any other such hardware.

The £6 you are paying is for an extra service called WiFi max under which Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
