Wi-Fi issues

Hi, I'm having trouble with the WiFi connection in my home. I have two extender pods and one has a poor connection, I've tried reconnecting it to the hub but I'm still getting the same problem when I run a system check.

My smart tv in the loft conversion is having trouble connecting to the WiFi and other tv's are buffering!!!..... I've done s as speed check and I'm not getting anywhere near the 1gig I'm paying for!!!

You're paying for that speed as far as the Hub, not over WiFi from it.

Having two pods but still experiencing poor WiFi suggests inherently adverse local conditions: ultimately Sky will probably just offer to stop charging you for the WiFi Max supplement.  ISPs aren't obliged to actually solve wireless issues where the cost exceeds their (slim) profit margin.
