Okay so I've never really had any issues with my Wi-Fi. Then last night the light on my broadband box went red and hasn't changed since (around 4am).
Called Sky they gave me suggestions such as:
Reset
Unplug and plug back in
Change Outlet
And the light is still red.
What do I do?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@AbbieLouise if the Service Checker does not tell you thst Sky are aware of a fault with your line call them and report the fault so they can get it fixed.

Says there's an issue connecting to my hub. And that there's an engineer investigating. Not sure what that means.
