Wi-Fi is very slow. We have recently moved to sky stream. Should we get a booster?

Hello, we have recently changed from Sky Q to Sky stream.  Our Wi-Fi was quite good with Sky Q - although we did have a booster.

Now we have changed to Sky stream, our Wi-Fi on our computer, mobiles and iPad is extremely slow.  The TV is fine.

I have checked our broadband via Sky.com and apparently it's fine.  Should we get a booster?  TIA

In giving up Q you've lost the WiFi coverage provided by the hotspot functionality of the television box(es)

Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these.

Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.

Thank you for your prompt reply.  I will contact Sky then to get a booster.  As I'm writing this on my iPad, I can see the Wi-Fi bar is flitting between two lines and three constantly.
