Wi-Fi intermittently breaking. Have to keep resetting. Happened previously - very disruptive

This needs resolving - second time it's happened - seems to work for few months then break again

My internet has been disrupted for 2 week. I call sky they say no issue on their side! Reset done so what next!? Get your engineer out at RM5! You are breaking your contract obligation. Affecting my work life working from home.
