Wi-Fi drop out
For months leaving the lounge (Sky'd) to the extended bedroom or revese involvers Wi-Fi drop out requiring that Router button press to reconnect. Meantime PC and mobile work perfectly on Wi-Fi!? I've recently come out of hospital after surgery and don't feel up to tel calls!
I am at home every afternoon. Please arrange an Engineer visit.
Regards

Re: Wi-Fi drop out
@pvidean
If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services therefore we can't book an engineer visit for you.
Someone may be better placed to advise you on your particular issue but if it requires an engineer you'll need to contact Sky.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off
