Wi Fi connection

I have received an e-mail inviting me to upgrade to WiFi Max for £5.00 mth extra. When I log on it tells me that the charge is £6.50 per mth plus £9.95 delivery. It also tells me that I am already on the fastest available. What do I gain with Max and what is the cost?
