For the last few weeks my work laptop has failed to connect to WiFi if I restart the router and get my laptop connected no other devices work with WiFi in the house. I thought I resolved this by connecting my laptop via Ethernet cable but my daughter has done this with her work laptop today and is have the WiFi issue on other devices again. Is this a known issue? How do I resolve it. I've used the broadband checker and it says everything is good! Which it isn't!!
