Wi-Fi booster

Hi,

my house is really long and we have a hub and booster halfway down the house but my newly painted office is currently no use as the wifi can't extend. Can boost the booster and if so how?

I have searched for equipment and there are guides but no clear way how I can get equipment.

it's not newly extended it's just the room was my baby sons so never needed a connection there but he has moved rooms and I want to make it my office.

@Loucaa23 If mainline max speed is not an issue, then would consider looking at powerline to do as you need!

Re: Wi-Fi booster

Do you know if they need to be on the same circuit. We have 3 phase power so I think they might be on different fuse boxes....

Re: Wi-Fi booster

@Loucaa23 Different fuse, then NO chance of having powerline!

You would be better to have a look at a reasonable mesh wirless wi-fi system, they are not magic pills but do have a lot more horsepower, if not Ethenet cable point A to B, is that possible!

You may as well also say which Sky Hub you have currently and what booster you are using!
