Wi-Fi VAP drop out

We are experiencing lose of connection to attached devices using Ethernet. The problem seems to occur when something called WiFi VAP drops out. This was evident from a log a ran on the router. The drop outs seem to coincide to a loss of connection to an Ethernet connected music server and occasionally our Hive connection. It occurs several times each day. I have downloaded the log if you need to view it. It is extremely frustrating and has only started occurring when we switched from our previous supplier. At first it occurred less but has become more frequent. We have swapped cables, set IP addresses to static ones, moved router position, none of this has helped. Please can you help get this sorted as soon as possible.

You aren't communicating with Sky Support by posting here.

Which Sky Hub model are you using?

Re: Wi-Fi VAP drop out

I not near the router right now but have accessed through the gateway login. The hardware is described as Hub6 v1.

I have also just had a loss of Ethernet connection to my music server which coincided with IPV6 input and forward drop as shown in the log. Looks like a firewall issue. I am not very I.T. Savvy so not really sure why this maybe occurring or how to overcome this issue. Any help greatly appreciated.
