Why is it so difficult to renew at an honest price when contract has ended and mo thly payment has

My contract ended and is now £50 more a month. I phoned and they can renew for £20 less. When I phoned back to say ok. The new operator put the price up and said this was their deal they could offer and also wanted an additional£20 admin fee when I've been with sky for 11 years. Should I just change supplier?

@Max500 each agent has a number of offers they can use in a period so its a gamble to what you get offered. You have the best chance if you know what competitors are offering but dont be too surprised if Sky wont match it.

If you are not happy with the price quoted then you are free to leave but remember whatever company you go with will also sign you up to a introductory price after the minimum term has finished you will see an increase.
