Why is My WiFi always dropping

I have been loosing WiFi signal now for the past r days. Even had a message from sky apologising yet still having issues

@TONI28  Was Sky referring to your broadband  connection or Wi-Fi?

ISPs do not apologise for WiFi issues.  They may send an automated acknowledgement that they are not delivering a 'guaranteed' internet speed and consequently offer a release from contract but that doesn't actually resolve a faulty broadband connection.
