Why is IP address taking so long to load?

I am trying to change from 5gz to 2.4gz but it's not letting me even load the ip address to get on to the Sky Hub - can anyone help please?

Which hub do you have?

Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

Also what device and web browser are you using ?
