Why do we keep loosing broadband

Help sky  t.v keeps good off l got no connection on my phone in back of house

Do you mean you are not getting a WiFi signal in some parts of your home or that you have no broadband at all?

 

If the former, you will need to contact Sky to see if you  are able to get their extenders or purchase your own network equipment.
