Why can’t I play COD?

Every time I've gone on PlayStation for the last few days my game has literally been unplayable due to bad connection to the WiFi. It was always fine before but since Sunday this has been the case. I just want to play some Call of Duty on my day off, please fix this issue Sky🙏🙏

@Gfat4642  Your not addressing Sky nothing will happen on the back of a forum posrt, no one here from Sky will know who you are.

 

If it's a wifi issue then that is internal within the home and Sky can't fix or guarantee wifi due to various factors, there are things you can do the improve wifi see this link https://www.sky.com/help/home/broadband/my-broadband-speed/improving-wi-fi-signal-to-my-devices/arti...

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
