I currently have a SR203 hub. Just switched to full fibre 150 and Sky have not sent me the newer SR213, they just sent an ethernet cable is this right? What should I have and i entitled to get this free?

Your current hub is the correct hub. You usually get the sr213 (stock permitting) on speeds of 500Mbps and above or subscribe to max max wall to wall wifi
