Whether I ordered the broadband router

Hello there,

 

I ordered a broadband remotely installation, and I need a broadband router. But I forgot whether I ordered the broadband router, could you please  deliver me a broadband router? So Many thanks.

The router will be posted to you to be with you up until the day before activation. The model you get is dependant on the type of connection you are getting

@Ruobing  You're not addressing Sky via the forum, nothing will be sent in response to a forum post from an unlinled accounmt.

 

However you should be sent a broadband hub as part of the order process automatically.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
