@SnowyWhite by default tge admin password is the default WiFi password on the hub's label. If you have a black Sky hub the web interface can be used but has very linited settings. With the newer white hubs the settings sre all in the Product Options area of the My Sky app while there is a web interface most settings are greyed out.
Adding a third party WiFibextender to a white Sky hubs rarely works as the hub uses an automatic channel selection.which confuses many cheaper extenders. There is no manual channel selection on the hub if that is what your friend is looking for. Sky's extender pods which come as part of the WiFi Max bundke are preprogrammed to match a hub and use a closed bachhaul signal.
If trying to improve WiFi with third party gear connect the first unit by Ethernet in Access Point mode and then add additional units connected back to that first unit. You can turn off the hub's own WiFi. This is how my own set up works.
