When will full fibre be available

Open reach have been out to upgrade my postcode to full fibre. Open states available soon, and recommend speaking to supplier (Sky) to confirm when will be available. I have called and can't get a straight answer. Sky must know something, how can I find out. Really want to upgrade.

Realistically the contact centre people just won't have that information.  We've noticed that Sky typically appears to lag behind other ISPs in updating their sales platform.
