When the Xbox is running updates we cannot access Netflix

When my son needs to update his Xbox even with a Sky booster we cannot access Netflix on the streaming service

If he starts updating first that will usually take up all the bandwidth.

 

If you have a black hub could you access you router stats as shown below and wait 10 seconds before posting them

@LeePatterson if you have limited connection speed that can happen as like most ISP provided routers Sky hub have no QOS ability. Some  box updates are huge and are best run overnight.
