WhatsApp
My WhatsApp is not working, unable to send and receive calls or messages when Wi-Fi is on. It says not connected to internet. Can anyone help?

Re: WhatsApp
@Hailstorm64 Check what the setting is on your broadband shield product and adjust as needed for any whatsapp problems!
Sky Broadband Shield | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com
If the sky Hub is not connected then do the service checker below!
If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby if enough time has passed for a fault condition to be displayed by the software test! This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households.
