Whats the point in online upgrades?

I work long hours, all I want to do is upgrade my broadband package, I'm out of contract, I no longer have the speed guarantee, because I'm out of contract.

Every time I try to upgrade and renew my package, I enter my postcode and all it does is clear the box.

I don't want to call 150 and speak to someone. I want to upgrade online. It's never worked. It's ridiculous.

@Thompson68 Have you logged onto your account and tried to upgrade that way?

The best discounts are usually by calling in and negotiating a new 24 month discount. You may work long hours but calling Sky on a day off might be the way forward.

Wouldn't it just be nice for the system to actually work?  I can add and remove things from my package. But the upgrade section hasnt worked for me in years.
