What's involved with full fibre

Afternoon, Apparently upgrading to full fibre is an option however we don't have fibre to our house that I'm aware of (vigin wanted to dig up our road to install but none of the neighbours wanted it) So I'm confused 🤔 just spoken to sky about our rubbish speeds and they suggested upgrading to full fibre. When I asked if we would have to have the drive dug up they said no it says fibres available?

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.

https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome

It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.

Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.
