For an Xbox (which is the most common source of NAT queries) there's copious advice here:

Thanls for your response. No, this is for my PC. My kid cant play Hell Let Loose and they require it to see if they can fix the problem.

@Bartek12345 I suggest you enable UPnP as thst may well solve the issue. On the white Sky hubs follow the instructions here UPnP set up

 

The alterntive is to set up a port forwarding rule check with game for the specific ports needed to becforwarded.

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately, I’m having trouble following those steps because my admin interface seems to be different from the one in your description. I'm unable to locate the options to make any changes. Could you provide instructions for the current version of the dashboard?
