What is going on
Every since I've had my 'super fast' BB installed it's been nothing but a pain in the srss.
evey day at about 6pm the wifi goes down, resulting in me having to reset the upstairs sky box and wait for a couple of hours until it's sorts itself back out again and comes back to life!!
what a crock this is!! Sky sort it out

The timing might suggest a local factor: is there something like a water heater set to come on then?

Nope, no heater or anything going on at that time.
not sure why that would affect it though. It's literally has a hissy fit, the downstairs sky will work fine, the BB downstairs seems to get better but upstairs is like is about 10 miles away from th router!!
it's pathetic, paying for guaranteed BB service in all rooms and they cant get it sorted. It's only been since the upgrade to sky full fibre also

@Frustrated_user When you upgraded to FF with sky what speed package did you take, did the hub stay the same and not get replaced, and if the position off the hub has changed can you say from where it was to where it is now!
What do you see when the wireless wi-fi issue happens with both the sky Hub and also on the ONT Terminal fitted for your fibre connection, if anything!

The hub stayed the same, they never changed it. In the same position as it is now
