What a joke

So my broadband is not working properly and after a failure of the checking steps advised by sky, they just gave up and directed me to sky community!!! Are you serious?? So if it's not working we are expected now to help each other get sky prifycts working whilst they continue to charge us monthly. At least I hope some of that monthly charge is coming here  given that sky seems to have abdicated their customer service responsibility to the community. At least I hope they are also sharing the monthly fees that they are collecting with the community!

@Luke146 Guess the system failed to direct you correctly then!

Re: What a joke

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Luke146 given the time of your post the call centre was closed so rather than telling you to call the next morning it offered a suggested alternative that is around 24/7. Sky do support the forum and superusers like myself have access to further support where we require it and surprisingly we can often offer support where Sky action is not required which is quite frequently the case.  However to get help we need details of the issue.
