Websites keep thinking I’m a bot!

Keep Losing signal, even tho checks show broadband & wi fi ok.

trying to get a vet insurance quote & keep getting the message ' connection lost' & have to start again. 
one site said ' we think you are a bot'

 

only installed a couple of days & fed up of using my 4/5g.

Where is hub in related to the devices you are using to access these sites, in the same room or is the hub elsewhere ?
