Hi all.
i started my sky broadband 500 subscription at the beginning of this month. I can stream absolutely fine but both mine and my partners iphones struggle to load webpages at times. The browser just stays black with loading but as soon as we disable wifi to use mobile data the website immeditaly loads. This is the same with emails.
any assistance will be highly appreciated

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Kieranshields Have you changed the setting for broadband sheild from the default setting of PG13 to see if this clears this issue for you?

Will give this a try. As an example one of the emails was a credit card statement.. nothing adult material haha
