Website crashes during Virgin check
I am looking to move my parents from virgin media to sky me every time I try to do it on the website for the last 5 days it crashes on the virgin account check and page just says - sorry I have encountered an error.
i have tried multiple times even providing the account number but it seems impossible to get them to move to sky as sky seems to have an issue with virgin.
the chatbot is useless and there is no direct phone number to sales.
can anyone help?

When calling Sky either try saying nothing or if you get cut off try again and pick whatever option you want and explain what you are trying to do then hopefully they will; transfer you.
