Webiste Incorrectly Blocked by Broadband Shield

Hi

Our company website is currently being blocked by the Sky Broadband Shield. 

www.coopersofstortford.co.uk

There is no good reason for this and it is causing us considerable financial damage.

I have exhausted every possible avenue trying to get somebody to look at this for us but we are now on day 5 and it is still being blocked. 

Does anybody from Sky read these forums and can help us?

What makes you think it's Broadband Shield blocking the site?

I have Shield turned off and the site still isn't opening for me.

@SarahCharge I have shield off using my own router and google as my DNS server, site is opening up fine! See attached when approved to view!
