Weak wifi signal

The wifi keeps dropping both on mobile and laptop devices, especially in the second reception room/home office. It has been happening since we moved in but is an even bigger issue now during the summer holidays with increased usage. I upgraded when movinv and all tests are showinb strong signal but reality is very different

@MsCE  Is there a strong signal for Wi-Fi throughout the property or is weak in areas of the property.

It's intermittent in most areas, including the room where the router is so Sky Glass freezes regularly. Worst in the second reception room though. It's not even that big of a house!
