Weak signal,engineer said it will get stronger day by day but its not

The engineer lied to you, your signal will not improve after day 1. What the engineer probably meant is that your speed can increase for the first 10 days. 

If you have WiFi signal issues you'll need to look at getting a booster, these can be had from Sky if you have the broadband boost addon.
