@Louise342 Whst device is reporting this? Some Apple devices can showxfalse warnings as they do not detect WPA2-PSK correctly. That is the lowest default WiFi security mode on current Sky hubs and is regarded as secure for a domestic network. The newer higher WPA3 is offered on the lstestvwhite hubs but comparatively few devices support that.
