Weak connection for my Ring

My Ring bell is shown weal wifi, could u help to check pls?

@Maggietwlt doorbell cameras can be difficult to network as they are often mounted on a double thickness exterior wall which reduces the WiFi signal significantly. Assuming moving the dooorbell or your Sky hub is not possible fitting a booster in the hall or near a window overlooking the doorbell can help. However it is possible that Sky wont provide one even if you buy their Add-on packages like WiFi Max unless wifi speeds inside your home meet the requirements explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max. but you can ask
