Weak Broadband Speed

Our broadband speed from the hub to all devices in the house is <2mb. All the tests undertaken on Sky site say it's working fine, tried resetting router etc. and nothing has changed.

We had issues last week, Sky sent through a new hub, all connected and bar one spell at night when it reached 80mb, the days since Wednesday when it was 'activated' it has been <2mb all the time. So we know it can get higher speeds, but it seems an anomaly.

Anyway to fix, or even a number to phone Sky up and get an engineer out here? Had to hot spot off the phone for past 2 days to work from home. Been non stop issues for past 4 weeks ever since City Fibre have been works in the local area.

@Josh147

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:

https://www.sky.com/help/broadband/my-broadband-speed/improving-wi-fi-signal-to-my-devices/articles/...

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
