We need a WiFi guarantee engineer to visit please

We had a lovely engineer who came today and helped sort our Sky Q connectivity issues, however she tried to book us a WiFi engineer but your system kept failing on her I pad.

She asked me to get in touch to book a slot as we need it as it's dropping out. 
She put some notes on the system.

Could you kindly get in touch to schedule a visit.

You need to instigate contact with Sky, perhaps by calling. You aren’t actually contacting Sky by posting here as this is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to assist other customers.
